Grief is something that everyone will experience in their lives. It is the process that we go through when we suffer a significant loss. There are 5 known stages of grief and these are denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance. We may experience a wide range of emotions, which can change from one minute to the next and just when we think we are ok, something will bring a surge of sadness. It may also affect our ability to sleep and our appetite. There are no shortcuts to grief, it is something that we have to move through, but the good news is that homeopathy can be a great support through this process. Here are some of the top remedies for the early stages of grief.
